Terms & Conditions

On this page are based the terms and conditions on which we supply any of the products and services listed on our website to you. Upon ordering any of our products and services and our acceptance of your order by delivery of the goods, this forms a legally binding contract between us, on these terms and condition. Please read the terms and conditions carefully before ordering any products from us. 

 

Products & Content

We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our site, and in the material published on it. Our listings are with unique content material and only we own the rights to publish this. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved. Upon purchasing an item, you only receive goods, which are displayed in our product page as photos and description. Nothing more and nothing less. In case of an error by us, you will receive refund or replacement of the product. Ownership of the Products will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the Products, including delivery charges. The Products will be at your risk from the time of delivery.


Price & Payment
The price payable for the goods you order is as set out on our website at the time you place your order, plus any charges for carriage as set out in the order form.
We must receive payment for the whole of the price of the goods you order in the currency we have listed our products, and any applicable charges for carriage and insurance, before your order can be accepted unless we have agreed otherwise in advance in writing.

 
Delivery
All articles are shipped from Europe.
We usually dispatch twice a week from our warehouse. Once the package is sent you will receive a notification.

Options for free delivery:
We use Standard International Delivery with Tracking Number for Europe.
  • Estimated delivery time: 6-10 business days
  • For France & Germany 4-5 business days


We use Economy International Delivery with Tracking Number for countries outside of Europe.

  • Estimated delivery time for the USA & Canada: 15-20 business days
  • For Russian Federation: 12-20 business days
  • For Australia: 20-30 business days
  • For Mexico: 30-60 business days


We also offer DHL express delivery.

We aim to deliver goods to you within the time indicated by us but we cannot give an exact delivery date. In Force Majeure circumstances we shall have no liability to you for any failure or delay in supply or delivery, or for any damage or defect to goods supplied or delivered hereunder that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control (including, without limitation, strikes, lockouts and other industrial disputes). We may support you to receive your goods, but we shall not be held responsible for the delivery of goods in the events of and on orders with:
wrongly registered addresses for delivery
insufficient delivery address information
not valid or insufficient contact information for delivery
recipient not present at the delivery address upon delivery
no access to delivery location
broken mailboxes, hidden house numbers

or for slow downs, dealing with shipping company to receive your goods or others, caused by wrongly entered address or any other obstacles, which arise from your error, mentioned in the above.


Be acknowledged that we give only approximate delivery times. The real delivery time could be more than the above mentioned. We are not held responsible for delays in delivery, caused by third party members, such as shipping partners, fright forwarders, couriers and others.



Import duty

If you make a purchase from our site for delivery outside the European Union, you may be entitled to pay import taxes, VAT and other fees. Buyers are responsible at their own expense to provide import license, deal with customs clearing and pay import tax for their goods sent from abroad.  To receive the item, the recipient must pay all the taxes, duties and customs charges payable to the destination country of the shipment.  Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. We are not responsible for uncollected or destroyed packages by customs, due to unpaid duty tax. Customs clearing is beyond our control.

 


Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • To accept a return the item must be unused and undamaged, with its original packaging - in perfect condition for resale.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs and insurance. Please ensure that your return is made via an insured and tracked service in case of loss or damage in transit.
  • Should you return a part to us that has been ordered in error then we may charge up to 10% of the value of the item to be returned to cover our administrative costs.


Free delivery terms:

Free delivery refers only to buyers who keep their ordered items.


What is not covered for Refund:

  • Normal wear and tear caused by use in accordance with the operating instructions or accidental damage.
  • Faults caused by: improper use, not stored correctly, overloading, insufficient maintenance, careless operation or handling of the product.
  • Use of the product for anything other than intended use.
  • Change or modification of the product in any way.
  • Defects caused by the use of parts or accessories, which are not Manufacturer genuine components.
  • Faulty installation if applicable and repairs or alterations carried out by third parties.
  • Slight deviations from the specification that do not affect the functionality of the product.
  • Canceling order while in transit

 


Event outside our control

We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control (Force Majeure Event).
Force Majeure Event includes any act, event, non-happening, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control and includes in particular (without limitation) the following:
Strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action.
Civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war.
Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster.
Impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport.
Impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks.
The acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government.
Our performance under any Contract is deemed to be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues, and we will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period. We will use our reasonable endeavours to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close or to find a solution by which our obligations under the Contract may be performed despite the Force Majeure Event.

Our Site Changes Regularly

We aim to update our site regularly and may change the content at any time. If the need arises, we may suspend access to our site, or close it indefinitely. Any of the material on our site may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update such material.
